As a user or beneficiary of the Site you herein acknowledge understand and agree that all information text software data photographs music video messages tags or any other content whether it is publicly or privately posted and/or transmitted is the expressed sole responsibility of the individual from whom the content originated. Uploading posting emailing transmitting or otherwise offering any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising promotional flyers &quotjunk mail&quot &quotspam&quot or any other form of solicitation except in any such areas that may have been designated for such purpose;
Uploading posting emailing transmitting or otherwise offering any source that may contain a software virus or other computer code any files and/or programs which have been designed to interfere destroy and/or limit the operation of any computer software hardware or telecommunication equipment;
Disrupting the normal flow of communication or otherwise acting in any manner that would negatively affect other users' ability to participate in any real time interactions;
Interfering with or disrupting any Wastina Services servers and/or networks that may be connected or related to our website including but not limited to the use of any device software and/or routine to bypass the robot exclusion headers;
Intentionally or unintentionally violating any local state federal national or international law including but not limited to rules guidelines and/or regulations decreed by the Ethiopian Law
Providing informational support or resources concealing and/or disguising the character location and or source to any organization delegated by the Ethiopian government as a &quotforeign terrorist organization&quot in accordance to Ethiopian law
Stalking or with the intent to otherwise harass another individual; and/or
Collecting or storing of any personal data relating to any other beneficiary or user in connection with the prohibited conduct and/or activities which have been set forth in the aforementioned paragraphs.

Wastina herein reserves the right to pre-screen refuse and/or delete any content currently available through our Services. In addition we reserve the right to remove and/or delete any such content that would violate the Terms or which would otherwise be considered offensive to other visitors users and/or beneficiaries.

Wastina herein reserves the right to access preserve and/or disclose beneficiary account information and/or content to the website admin of the organization that the health care provider (your primary care physician) works in if it is requested to do so by law or in good faith belief that any such action is deemed reasonably necessary for:

It should be noted that payment for Wastina’s services may be made by the patient themselves other family members (sponsors) or third parties for various reasons. A person who may be making a payment on behalf of a patient is not entitled to make clinical decisions on behalf of the patient nor is s/he entitled to privileged information related to the patient for whom a payment was made(unless the payer is the patient themselves). Any refund related issues or disputes that may arise will be handled only by the patient and no third party will be privileged to such confidential information or financial matters related to the patient. If a decision is made to refund money for any reason such a refund will be made to the patient in the local currency (birr). To be eligible for a refund the following conditions must be met.

The request for a refund must be made within seven days of the payment date.
The payment must have been made for a specific service that was not provided.
The request must be made by the person who was paid for not the person who made the payment. The request should be made in writing.

Refund Process

The name of the person who made the payment.
The reason for the refund request.
The date and amount of the payment.

Sponsors and beneficiaries will have individual accounts on Wastina. Sponsors can view details of the packages they've purchased including expiry dates and remaining balances. Beneficiaries can view details of the packages purchased for them as well as individual transactions and receipts.

American Medical Center (AMC) Access

AMC will have access to patient information for the purpose of providing healthcare services. AMC will handle all patient-related information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Finance Team Access

The finance team at AMC will have access to Wastina's platform for managing transactions and deducting costs from beneficiary accounts. They will also have access to a page that displays all transactions for record-keeping purposes.

Admin Access

Wastina management will have access to an admin page for overseeing all activities on the platform. This includes access to patient receipts and company transactions for monitoring and compliance purposes.

SECTION 19 - Memberships

Wastina offers various types such as Gold Silver and Platinum. Each Membership type grants access to various benefits including healthcare services at American Medical Center (AMC) in Addis Ababa. Memberships can be purchased at the Wastina Website using various payment options listed on the website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia.
